For those of you non-boarders who wish to take it easy, the world famous, golden, sun-drenched beaches lined with crystal clear turquoise waters provide an excellent place for relaxing and sunbathing. You only need open your eyes to have front row seats of the colourful sails of the wind and kite surfers gliding over warm Caribbean waters.

When the sun sets, Cabarete town comes alive with restaurants and bars lining the beach beckoning you with candle-lit tables, the smell of local cuisine and the lust for local rum. The party can continue until 5 am in the morning when the rising sun signals the nights antics to draw to a close.
